Create LINE Provider & Channel
Go to the LINE Developers Console, create a Provider, and add a "Messaging API" channel.

Fill Credentials
Copy your Channel Secret and Channel Access Token from the LINE Console, and paste them into the form on the right.

Set Webhook in LINE Console
Copy the Webhook URL above, paste it into the Messaging API tab in LINE Developers Console, and toggle Use Webhook to ON.

Scan Bot QR Code & Discover Admin ID
Add your bot on LINE by scanning the QR code in LINE Developer Console. Send whoami to your bot to get your LINE User ID and paste it on the right to unlock admin commands.

LINE Bot Credentials & Admin

Grants admin privileges in LINE chat (add students, refill points, check-in). Text whoami to your bot to find your ID.
Your bot's LINE ID (e.g. @123abcde). Displays on setup instructions.
From Basic Settings in LINE Developer Console. Masked if already set.
From Messaging API tab in LINE Developer Console (Long-lived token). Masked if already set.

Nightly Automated Gmail Backup

Automatically emails a full database CSV backup report to you every night (UTC 00:00).
The Gmail account that sends the automated backup emails.
Generate App Password
16-character passcode from Google Security settings (spaces are automatically stripped).

Gmail Setup Instructions

Enable 2-Step Verification
Go to your Google Account Security page, log in, locate the section "How you sign in to Google", and make sure 2-Step Verification is turned ON.

Generate App Password
Once 2-Step Verification is active, open the Google App Passwords page. Type a name (e.g. AeroPoint Backup) and click Create.

Paste 16-Character Key
Copy the 16-character passcode provided by Google and paste it into the Gmail App Password field on the left.

Test and Save
Fill in your Sender Gmail and Recipient Email, click Test Email to confirm connectivity, and then click Save Email Settings.
